Brainstorm!
While trying to think of the angle I want to take I really thought about how art is used by quote-unquote, “looking outside the realm of reality”, art makes you think outside the box, but it is also, a mutual ground for scientist and the general public.
I feel like I can really go somewhere with the idea; art is a mutual ground for scientists to communicate with the general public about the effects of global warming on the ocean, where we are heading, and what we could do.
Some claims I feel would go well with this are;
- Art allows scientists to show the general public everywhere how global warming is taking a toll on the ocean.
- Global warming is already affecting the ocean today and by introducing art to young minds with science today we may be able to change the future.
- The combination of art and science could expand what we are capable of doing now for the ocean.
- Possible Naysayer:
Many people may disagree that global warming is affecting our oceans and combining art with science is going to help get the knowledge scientists have across to the general public.
I may not necessarily put these claims in this exact order with the naysayer. But, they will flow the best way possible and I kind of feel like this is the best way it is just the naysayer will have been to move around to be in the best spot to really support the point of my essay.
