Observation Nine

Over the weekend and the start of the week has been good for followers wanting content, but it has not been as good for the business that wants interactions from their followers. While the company has posted their average of one post a day they seem to be missing the mark when it comes to engaging the audience in the comment section over six posts there are only twelve comments in total, four of which are from the company. The majority of comments came from their Tik Tok they posted today of themselves doing an old trend. In the caption, they included a little information about themselves for followers that are new to their account. While they had a great idea to connect with their customers by showing them who they are; they may have received more interaction if they posted a Tik Tok of themselves doing a current trend as current trends are oftentimes shared when they are ongoing within social media.
